He has launched business ventures across five continents, has listed companies on the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange, and has exited several businesses via sales to Fortune 50 companies. Will has led or partnered in investments across sectors as diverse as financial services, consumer goods, social media, technology and natural resources, and has guided several of his portfolio companies to successful IPOs.

Will is also the founder of MMG, a management company that has represented prominent individuals in the sports, entertainment and geopolitical worlds. Through his work with such figures as Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Martha Stewart and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Will has gained a unique perspective that enables him to envision and capitalize on opportunities at the intersection of core business needs and societal trends, guiding companies from seed rounds to successful exits.

Will’s financial industry experience has included the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where he managed more than $17 billion in private capital for the firm’s current and retired partners; Avenue Capital Group, where he co-founded a $250 million distressed debt fund-of-funds; and Atlas Mara (ATMA: LSE), a banking group serving sub-Saharan Africa, which he co-founded with former Barclays CEO Bob Diamond.
